Want Akaso V50X to start recording automatically once it is powered up 99 of my use cases

Is it possible to have the unit (V50X) start recording AUTOMATICALLY once it is powered up? That should be a menu option since this is the preferred startup mode for 99% of the use cases.

Thanks,

Michel

Akaso offers native 4K resolution at 30 frames per uno online second with the V50X.

Hi Michel, you could turn off the "Driving Mode" in the setting.

Yes, Gyro and EIS can work without driving mode.

You mean to "turn *on*" driving mode to allow it to start recording automatically? Gyro and EIS will still work as expected, yes?

I have the v50 Pro SE and it does have the option for it. Now for that, I cannot say but, it should be in the menu. I just checked mine and it's the settings. It's called, quick recording.

Yeah I don't know about the v50x but, I wouldn't think it would be too much of a difference. Did you ever find out?

Am looking but I do not see that "quick recording" option in the V50X menu, unfortunately. Did I miss it?
