How to use AK points?
AK Points can be redeemed at AKASO's Reward Store for gifts or benefits.
Expiration rules
AK points Expiration Rules: Regular AK points expire on the first of the month after 365 days from the date of earning. Example: 100 Gold earned at any time during September 2020 will expire at 23:59:59 on September 30, 2021.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AK Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
2. AKASO reserves the right to freeze any and all of the relevant accounts and deduct the points in the accounts if there have been fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful practices when you accumulate points. For example, creating and/or accessing multiple accounts via the same IP address is not allowed.
3. AKASO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or other restrictions and requirements in its sole discretion without special notice to you. AKASO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate all or any portion of the Reward Program in its sole discretion without prior notice.
4. AKASO reserves the right of final explanation for the Reward Program.
