Q: Why is there no sound when I record underwater?

A: Because in order to protect the camera, the camera does not record sound when it is in the waterproof case.


Q: Will the SD card come with a camera purchase?

A: No, you need to buy an SD card separately by yourself.


Q: Do you have any good suggestions for an SD card?

A: Please use brand name memory cards that meet these requirements:

• microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC

• Class 10 or UHS-I rating

• Capacity up to 64GB (FAT32)


Q: Why didn't my camera record anything?

A: Before you use the camera, please format the microSD card first in this camera before using it. To keep your microSD card in good condition, reformat it on a regular basis. Reformatting erases all your content, so please make sure to offload your photos and videos before reformatting.

Note: FAT32 format microSD card stops recording when the file size reaches 4GB and starts to record again on a new file.

A: This action camera sinks in water. You need to buy a floating hand grip for this camera.

Q: How can I connect the action camera with the app?

A:

1)Turn on the camera→press the Power button to turn on the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi name and password are shown on the camera screen.

2)Connect the Wi-Fi “Brave 7 LE” and enter the password on your smartphone WLAN setting.

3)Open AKASO GO App→tap the “+” icon on the upper right corner→Add “Brave 7 LE” and click the “Live Preview”.

4)Your camera will be connected with the AKASO GO App


Q: Can I playback the video on my PC?

A: Yes. You can playback your content on the camera, your computer, TV, smartphone, or tablet. You can also playback content by inserting the microSD card directly into a device, such as a computer or a compatible TV. With this method, playback resolution depends on the resolution of the device and its ability to playback that resolution.

Note: To playback your videos and photos on a computer, you must first transfer these files to a computer. Transferring also frees up space on your microSD card for new content.


Q: How to Delete Files on AKASO App?

A:

1) Open the AKASO GO App. Connect the camera with the App.

2) Tap the Playback icon to see all the videos and photos.

3) Select the photo or video you want to delete and then tap the More icon at the right upper corner, and choose Delete.

Can you give me a full detail on how to use my akaso brave 7le as a dashcam. Does it record by itself when i turn my car on. Do i need to remove the battery when in driving mode and plug in cigarette lighter? Can i use it without battery while charging? Please answer. Thank you

Hi, Chris!

- When the driving mode is turned on and the cigarette lighter is connected, the camera will automatically record when you start the car and will turn off when you stop the car.

- You don't have to remove the battery when connecting with the car cigarette.

- And yes, you can use the camera without a battery while charging. Hope you enjoy it!

have downloaded the app and performed the download. However once doenload on the app is complete how do I transfer files to my phone? Phone seems to ne stuck once the app completes initial transfer ftom csmera to app. Is there a usermsnual or instructions on how to use the app?

You should find a folder named "Akaso" under the Phone's picture gallery. There you should find your downloaded pictures and movies.

Hi!


Once in the App, tap the "Connect" button. You should see the image projection from the camera. Look for the small image icon at the left down corner (at left of the word "Record video"). Tap over it and it will take you to the Gallery view.


Movies are identified by showing the time length at the bottom of the image.

Hi, Anthony. You could update the latest version of AKASO GO and try it again. There are instructions about how to transfer files from app to phone on the camera user manual.
