9I have some videos in my ek7000 camera. How can I export the videos from ek7000 to my PC(windows 10）

You may need to change the camera's USB settings bitlife to allow for data transfer. To do this, go to your camera's settings and select "USB" or "PC Mode." Choose the "Mass Storage" or "MTP" option to enable data transfer.
I use the cable supplied with the camera...plug it into the camera and into your computer...computer will see camera as a external device... From here you proceed as you would with any other USB plug in device.
Take your sd card out of the camera. Insert the card into your computer with a card reader. Then you can transfer the content in the camera to the computer.
