Akaso has a firmware update for Brave 7 LE so that it supports external microphones. In case it does not support an external microphone, you can update to a higher version. directions mapquest
The following AKASO cameras support external microphones: EK7000, EK7000 Pro, V50X, V50 Pro, V50 Pro SE, Brave 7, Brave 7 LE Brave 4 Pro, Brave 8. I used Brave 8 to play pizza tower and it supports external microphones

I just got my Brave 7 LE and i do not see anywhere to attach that microphone unless it goes into the USB slot.
Anyone know if it will work?
Have had a look at that one but it only has TRs connections
The only mention of the word microphone in the Brave 7 LE User manual is in the "Maininging your camera" section. It only mentions that "For best audio performance, shake the camera or blow on the mic to remove debris from the microphone holes."
I did however find this youtube video. The uploader appears to be using a aftermarket microphone called a BOYA. It might be worth watching and commenting to see if he has any insight on your question. Hope that helps.

Hi, that one only fits the Brave 6 Plus, The 7LE has a micro USB connector, so a microphone would need the micro USB fitting, does anyone know if the V50 microphone works with the Brave 7LE
