The AKASO 360 App offers two export options, depending on how you want to watch or share your footage.<br/> Flat Video - Exports a standard 2D video. <br/> - Includes your reframing, keyframes, AI Follow, and camera movements. <br/> - Best for sharing on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. <br/> 360 Video<br/> - Preserves the full 360 panoramic view. <br/> - Lets viewers freely change the viewing angle during playback. <br/> - Best for 360 video platforms and devices that support immersive playback. <br/> If you want to create a ready-to-share video with your chosen perspective, choose Flat Video. If you want viewers to explore the entire scene themselves, choose 360 Video.<br/>

1. Connect your AKASO 360 camera to the app.<br/> 2. Download footage from the camera to your phone. <br/> 3. Open the footage in the Album section. <br/> 4. Preview your clips and begin editing.<br/> The AKASO 360 App lets you reframe, apply effects, adjust image settings, and export videos directly from your phone.<br/>

When using DNG8 mode, the camera saves 8 RAW images with different exposures. In the app, they appear like regular photos. To get the final image, open one of the DNG files in the AKASO 360 Studio on a PC. The software will automatically detect and import the remaining files. Click "Export" to generate the merged image.

If your phone can't connect to your AKASO 360 camera, first check the following:<br/> - Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on. <br/> - Confirm your phone meets the AKASO 360 App compatibility requirements. <br/> - Update the AKASO 360 App and your camera firmware to the latest versions. <br/> - Make sure the camera's Wi-Fi hotspot is enabled. <br/> - Open the AKASO 360 App, tap Device Connection, and follow the on-screen instructions. <br/> - If you're using iPhone, check that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Local Network permissions are enabled. <br/> - If you're using Android, check Bluetooth/Nearby Devices, Wi-Fi, Local Network, and Location permissions. <br/> - Restart both your phone and the AKASO 360 App, then try connecting again.<br/>

If your exported video doesn't look as expected, check the following:<br/> - Record at the highest quality. Your export quality cannot exceed the quality of the original footage. <br/> - Choose the correct export resolution. Export at the original resolution or the highest resolution that matches your footage. <br/> - Use an appropriate bitrate. Avoid low bitrate settings if you want better image quality. <br/> - Avoid excessive zooming or reframing. Zooming in too far can reduce image sharpness because you're cropping into the original 360 footage. <br/> - Keep your original frame rate. Exporting at a higher frame rate than the original recording will not improve video quality. <br/> - Expect some compression on social media. Platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook recompress uploaded videos. Export the highest-quality version before uploading for the best results.<br/>
